This is a great recipe for Passover, if it’s a tradition that you celebrate, or of course for any day if you just happen to love healthy, fantastic, easy-to-prepare food. With apples, olives, limes, onions, cucumbers and more, this salad recipe is certainly worth a try.

This little lovely serves eight, but you can always play around with the ingredient amounts to make more or less.
