A recent study by non-profit organisation, The Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE), reveals the best opportunities in the world for real estate investment, and the results are perhaps surprising.
Given the economic turmoil at the moment, one would expect both the United States and Great Britain to be relatively no-go areas. This is, however, not the case.
Ultimately, in times of economic unease, investors trend towards what they know rather than what they don’t. In other words, the money is going towards the markets that have, over the years, proved relatively safe. Thus, the stability of the results, makes such a trend hold true.
