The Swarovski emporium at Baselworld 2009 in Switzerland, the world’s largest watch fair, features the nine by eight meter ‘Lake of Shimmer’ designed by Tokujin Yoshioka.
Created using 16,000 octagon-shaped mirrors attached to a wall, the shimmering effect of light is controlled by a computer, ultimately mimicking the appearance of sunlight on a lake.
