
Ingredients
Fish
4 Fish Cutlets (700g each) (eg Tuna, Sword Fish, Barramundi)
Mango Salsa
1½ -2 Mangoes, flesh finely chopped
3 tsp very finely chopped Red Onion
1 tsp very finely chopped chilli (or ½ tsp chilli sauce)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Cook fish on heated oiled griddle (or grill or barbeque) until browned on both sides and cooked as desired.
