Recipe: Flourless Hazelnut Cake that’s Gluten Free

A “Chocolate Cake” without Chocolate or Flour – Totally Gluten Free and Divine!

Ingredients

6-8 oz Sugar

5 Eggs

300gms Ground Hazelnuts

2 Tspn Baking Powder

Well Greased 8 inch Cake Tin

Icing Sugar and Ice Cream to serve

Method

Beat all ingredients together and bake in a hot (350 C oven for 20 minutes, reducing it to 325 C for a final 30 minutes.

To Serve

Sprinkle with Icing Sugar and serve with a scoop of ice cream.
