The indications are that she will need 1000-2000 square metres and she is looking in the Sydney area – preferably around Alexandria or the surrounding suburbs to be leased to engineers/artists etc. She has around $2 million to spend. We have a Luxury Partner who is currently assisting a buyer with to find and purchase a large hotel (not a boutique hotel). A chain of hotels in a major city or cities in Europe is acceptable and price is obviously negotiable depending on the size of the hotel or the hotel chain.
