What better way for Madonna to recover from her marriage break-up to movie director Guy Ritchie than purchase a new luxury home.
At a cost of $40 million USD and located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the luxury home has a two car garage, nine fireplaces, a wine cellar, 13 bedrooms, 14 bathrooms an elevator and a 3000 square meter garden.
She doesn’t plan to move in straight away as there are many improvements and renovations to occur first to fit her family’s tastes.
The one thing that probably not even Madonna can fix, however, is the fact that the mansion allegedly shakes from the nearby subway trains. Very authentic.
