A billionaire Turkish-Saudi Arabian businessman and arms-dealer who was involved not only with the highest of high society, but also in the Iran-Contra Scandal (that almost brought Ronald Reagan’s Presidency to its knees) and Lockheed bribery scandals.

He has put his beautiful French home in Boulevard Leader, La Bocca, Cannes for a mere €180,000,005 (approximately $264 million USD) – or of course if he no longer owns it, then the current inhabitant is looking to sell.

Set on 11 hectares of beautiful manicured gardens with fountains, water-jets, a glorious swimming pool with pool house, the views over the Mediterranean are outstanding.
