Good Causes: Save the Children, Bulgari, Hollywood & Barbie
Print This PostThe global charity, Save the Children, is recognized worldwide for helping children in poverty and children in need.
In support of their “Rewrite the Future” international campaign to fund education efforts for children in poverty and war stricken areas of the world, luxury Italian designer Bulgari is donating 1 million euros, in line with their 125th anniversary.
Bulgari has designed 11 jewelry pieces and seven watches, and indeed a piece for Barbie doll, with proceeds of the sale expected to allow for a raising of 10 million Euros for the campaign.
The ring featured below, which is made from sterling silver and has “Save the Children” inscribed on the inside, is available for $555 USD.
Hollywood stars such as Mischa Barton, Jessica Biel, Ben Stiller and many others are supporting the campaign.
