Michael,
Couldn't agree more. In fact, the flight I had from Vail to Denver, had only one cabin crew member (which is normal for this sized plane), however, she sat and played with her iphone the whole time. Occasionally she walked the aisle to see that we hadn't passed away in our seats! I wish I could be paid to sit down all day and do nothing! The flight took 50 minutes. The drive takes 1 hour 30 minutes. I know what I will be doing next time – it is far more pleasurable in a car, taking in the magnificent scenery.
Most businesses aspire to be like their counterparts in America. Thank Goodness V Australia hasn't.
