in Architecture, Design & Trends, Features, Real Estate Radar, Variety

Simon Turner of Marquette Turner Luxury Homes writes:

The World’s Tallest Building is a title that seems to swap hands almost once a year these days.

Currently, the Burj Dubai holds the mantle, and whilst the Digital Media City tower in Seoul, to be completed by 2015 will be some 180 metres shorter than its Dubai but as the second tallest building in the world it will still be an awesome sight.

Designed by Samoo and costing $2.8 billion USD, the tower will have 133 floors and reach into the sky at 640 metres.

The tower will include businesses, residences, hotel rooms as well as a convention centre.

With intelligent lighting, the tower will become a beacon at night and be visible for many, many miles.
