Architecture & Design: Oceanfront Californian Beach House

by Marquette Turner Luxury Homes

in Architecture, Design & Trends, Features

This beach house in southern California just oozes coolness.

Designed by architect partners Richard Meier and Michael Palladino the home is over 4200 square feet of airy, breezy, light and modern design.

With the Pacific Ocean to the south, a courtyard to the west and the Pacific Coast Highway facing north, the team have used much glass, sunscreens and louvres to allow as much of natures best elements to dramatically hit many components of the building, whilst at the same time providing shelter and privacy.

Hi Simon

This house looks like an absolute stunner. I'm looking forward to Jim Walberg's thoughts and info on the area – I love the design.

Being a lifelong SoCal resident, he would probably definitely know where it is.
