The Strata Tower, by architects Asymptote – the guru’s behind the Yas Marina project, have designed this amazing 40 storey tower. It is 160 metres in height, and is expected to be completed in 2011.

The first being that Rachel Uchitel, one of the “originals”, has put her Las Vegas “groundfloor penthouse” (go figure) on the market for $1.35 million USD. The second being that Mrs Woods, Elin Nordegren, has purchased a 6 bedroom home for $2 million USD in her native country of Sweden.
